Vandy Vape Pulse V2 Kit
The Vandy Vape Pulse V2 kit comes with everything you will need to start your squonk mod vaping experience, excluding your phone that is. Upon opening the kit for the first time, you should be presented immediately with the Pulse V2 mod itself.
The large, rectangular squonk mod may look a little tacky at first, depending on what design you chose, but the large frame holds plenty of technical intricacies inside.
The kit should also include a 18650 battery adapter and a Type-C charging cable that can be used to charge the single 21700/20700 battery that is held internally within the mod. Two 7mL squonk bottles are also packaged into the kit.
Turning the Pulse V2 on is just as easy as turning on any other modern vape device, just click the fire button five times and let it warm up.

Pulse V2 Squonk Mod
As far as modern-day squonk mods go, the Pulse V2 couldn’t get much better. The Pulse V2 has practically every additional mode and feature that you could ever ask for or want.
The full-colour display screen is neat and comprehensive, clearly showing you the mod’s battery life, current wattage, resistance, puff counter, and voltage. With a wattage range of up to 95W, the Pulse V2 is one powerful device.
There is an expansive selection of additional modes packed into this mod ranging from a Voltage mode to a Power mode, a Bypass mode to a Temperature Control mode.
And while there isn’t a classic TCR mode, you can manually adjust the TCR by using the app or using the display screen and buttons on the mod.

The Pulse V2 can be one complicated vape device, especially if you want to get the most out of it.
While vape veterans are going to have an absolute field day playing around with every aspect of this squonk mod, the average vape user may get confused pretty quickly as the Pulse V2 does not hold your hand.
Thankfully, each kit does come packed with a handy instruction manual that should take you step by step through the process of activating the device and using its various features.
The main area of confusion around the Pulse V2 will likely come from its tricky-to-remember button combinations.
To turn the Pulse V2 on, you’ll just need to press the fire button in five times. To enter the menu, you need to hold both the up and down adjustment buttons at the same time.
To change modes, press the fire button three times and use the buttons to cycle through the modes, pressing the button again will select the mode.
To adjust the settings in your current mode, you will need to press the fire button four times and use the adjustment buttons to change the settings.
Activate Stealth mode by holding the adjustment buttons and the fire button down at the same time.
Vandy App

Their free Vandy app is available for both Android and Apple devices and allows you to adjust various settings on the Pulse V2 without the need to press any buttons on the device itself.
The app can be downloaded easily from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Once the app has been downloaded, you will need to create an account and pair the Pulse V2 to the app. This is done by turning your mobile’s Bluetooth on and selecting the Pulse V2 from the menu.
There are three primary sections on the app. The first of which is a “Find Device” page that allows you to track your device, ensuring that it doesn’t get lost or stolen.
Clicking on the “Find my device” button will make your mod emit a beeping sound so that you can track it down. The second section allows you to update your mod with the latest firmware.
The final section of the app is a “Control” section that lets you adjust the settings of the Pulse V2 directly from your phone, making the entire adjustment process much easier and user-friendly, especially for newcomers.
Performance
The Vandy Vape Pulse V2 kit is first and foremost a mod designed for squonking. Filling up the squonk bottles is incredibly easy and stress-free, as is placing the bottles back in the mod.
The Power mode performance is really where this device shines, although the majority of other modes are good as well.
The Pulse V2 on Power mode really shows what the mod can do, offering a nice, clean vape with plenty of flavours and a huge cloud. The start-up time is also practically non-existent, allowing you to take a hit right away.
While the majority of the Pulse V2 modes work very well, the Temperature Control mode is where the V2 lets itself down a bit.
It is difficult to get a consistent vape with the Temperature Control mode, even when you adjust the TCR values manually. If you adore TC vaping, then the Pulse V2 may not be for you.
Pros and Cons
The Vandy Vape Pulse V2 has a lot going for it. And while there may be some cons associated with the mod there are plenty of advantages that out way them:

With plenty of additional features and modes, the V2 gives seasoned vape users plenty to play. There should be enough here to keep even the most avid vapers happy for long durations.
